  • Andy Devine - Managing Director

    With 20+ years in various Technologies, managing production, service delivery, operations and logisitics. Andy is a qualified expert in eCommerce and Shopify. He also plays a mean guitar.

  • Kalina Devine - Product Development Director

    Kalinas extensive experience in product development in the high street retail sector makes her ideally suited to lead our direct to consumer business.

  • Peter Swain - Technical Director

    For over 20 years Peter has been at the forefront of POD technology. He's responsible for many of the innovations that many POD businesses are founded upon. A true pioneer in the industry.

After 10+ years working alongside Sawgrass Technologies, developing and delivering some the worlds most innovative POD technologies and products, Universal POD was orignally founded by POD pioneer and serial entrepreneur, Paul Hirst, under the name Sole Juice in 2015.

In 2021 Paul handed over the business to long time friends and German based partners, Print Equipment.

Over the years the business had provided POD equipment, supplies and services under a number of different brands. Such as Sublideck, Subliglaze and Digicoat. And in 2023 decided to refocus it's efforts exclusively to provide print fulfilment via it's Giftflow website and SuperFast POD app.

In 2024 Print Equipment decided that the business needed a refresh. So new leadership was brought in and the entire enterprise underwent a rebrand.

And Universal POD UK was born.

With a new focus on B2B service delivery and automation, Universal POD UK is now one of the UKs leading specialists in eCommerce and POD fulfilment via automation.

We also launched a number of our own direct to consumer brands. True Gifts, True Cases, Bad Animal, CaseModa & Bella Home.

And in Summer 2025 we re-established supplies as the official UK distributor for SubliPrime paper and Sublisplash Inks.
